Is there really power twenty-four hours a day?
Yes — twelve hours of solar and twelve hours of generator, every day. It is the single thing long-stay guests tell us they cannot compromise on, and it is why most of them come back.
Is the internet good enough to work on?
Enterprise Ubiquiti UniFi WiFi 7 access points throughout the property, professionally installed by Global IT Firm. Guests run full days of video calls without apologising for the connection.
Is there running water in every apartment?
Yes. Every residence has running water on a reliable supply, to the kitchen and to both bathrooms — treated here as infrastructure to be kept on rather than a feature to advertise.

The airport, the drive, and landing after dark.

How far is Roberts International Airport?
About 33 km — 20 miles — by road: 40–50 minutes in the dry season, and up to 70 minutes during the rains from May to October. Routed from our exact location, not estimated. Marshall town is 15 km, roughly 20 minutes; central Monrovia 35 km, 50 to 70 minutes with traffic. The Atlantic shore is a short walk from the compound gate.
Can you collect me from the airport?
Yes. A transfer from Roberts International is $45 per vehicle or $25 per seat one way, and $80 per vehicle or $45 per seat for the return. To or from central Monrovia is $50 per vehicle or $28 per seat. Transfers are optional and settled with your stay, not charged when you enquire.
What happens if my flight lands late at night?
Late arrivals are normal here. Send your flight number with your dates and we will track it — if you land late, the driver waits. Security at the property is staffed around the clock, so there is someone at the gate however late you reach us.
Can I arrange a car and driver while I am here?
Yes. A car and driver is $75 for a half day and $130 for a full day. Runs to and from central Monrovia are $50 per vehicle or $28 per seat. Arrange it with your booking, or ask once you have arrived.

Can I stay for a month or longer?
That is most of our business. The nightly rate falls as the stay lengthens — from $100 a night for a short week down to $65 beyond ninety days.
How is the nightly rate worked out?
There are 6 published tiers, set by how long you stay rather than by which residence you choose: $100 a night at the short end, falling to $65 once a stay passes ninety days. Every apartment sleeps up to 4, so the rate does not change with the size of your party beyond that. The calculator on the booking page shows exactly what your own dates would cost.
Is anything charged when I enquire?
Nothing. There is no card to enter, no account to create and nothing taken online. You send your dates, we confirm them, and everything is settled when you arrive.
How do I pay, and when?
On arrival you can settle by cash, bank transfer or mobile money, along with a $350 security deposit — refundable, and returned to you when you check out.

What is the layout, and how many does it sleep?
Every residence has the same shape: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a living room, sleeping up to 4. There are 6 of them, and they differ in position and outlook rather than in size.
What is already in the apartment?
They are let fully furnished. Each has a complete kitchen including a stove and refrigerator, DSTV, running water and round-the-clock electricity. You arrive with a suitcase rather than a shopping list.
Is there laundry and cleaning?
A laundry facility is available for extended stays, and cleaning is provided on request — tell us the rhythm that suits your stay rather than fitting around a fixed rota.
Is the property secure?
Security is staffed twenty-four hours a day and the grounds are gated. Parking is inside the compound rather than on the road, which matters more than it sounds if you are keeping a vehicle here for a month.
What are the house rules?
A maximum of 4 guests per apartment, no smoking indoors, and no pets. Parking is inside the compound. The full terms come with your confirmation.
